As such Council does not accept any responsibility for the assessment of this application in accordance with the Building Rules. Any queries regarding the said Building Rules assessment must be directed to the private certifier.

^^^ Any subsequent amendments proposed for the Building Rules Consent must be lodged with the relevant private certifier and where approved, forwarded to Council.
